The word evangelism comes fro the Greek word ‘Euaggelidzo’ which means “I bring good news.” We evangelise when we tell people the Good News that Jesus Christ the Son of God will save them from their sins and give them eternal life. |

William Temple, Archbishop of Canterbury (1968) said: “Evangelism is to so present Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit that men might come to trust him as their Saviour and serve him as Lord in the fellowship of his church.” |
